Made-to-Order Products
All photographic prints are made to order.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Therefore:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Colour preference differences

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Photographic evidence
Order number
We will offer:
Replacement
or
Refund where appropriate

Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours.
We will:
Replace the item at no additional cost.
