1. General Information
   This website is operated by PhotoEire, based in Ireland.
   Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PhotoEire.
   By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
   We sell photographic prints in various sizes and finishing options.
   All products are:
   Made to order
   Printed after purchase
   Produced according to the specifications selected by the customer
   Colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences.
3. Orders
   When placing an order, you confirm that:
   All information provided is accurate
   You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Pricing
   All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
   Prices:
   PhotoEire is not VAT registered. All prices shown are final prices. No VAT is charged.
   Exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
   We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment
   We accept payments via:
   Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via WooPayments / Stripe)
   Apple Pay
   Google Pay
   PayPal
   We do not store card details on our servers.
   Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
6. Production & Shipping of Printed Products
   All print orders are produced individually upon purchase.
   Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days.
   In exceptional circumstances, PhotoEire reserves the right to extend the production and dispatch period up to a maximum of 14 business days. This extended timeframe represents a protective maximum and is rarely required.
   Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the postal or courier service used.
   PhotoEire is not responsible for delays caused by:
   Postal or courier services, Customs processing, Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, Events beyond our reasonable control
   Risk transfers to the customer once the product has been dispatched.
7. Intellectual Property
   All photographs remain the intellectual property of PhotoEire.
   Purchasing a print does not grant:
   Reproduction rights
   Commercial use rights
   Distribution rights
   Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
   We shall not be liable for:
   Indirect damages
   Consequential loss
   Loss of profits
   Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
